  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Chopped green onions (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Wash and dry potatoes, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and poke with a fork.
  2. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 400ºF (204°C).
  3. Cook Potatoes: Air fry potatoes for 30 minutes, flipping halfway until tender.
