Chicken Tenders:

  • 1 Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
  • Salt (pinch)
  • Pepper (pinch)
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Breading:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes (crushed)

Honey Garlic Glaze:

  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breast into cutlets: Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and rub on all sides of each piece.
  2. Prepare the breading: Crack two eggs in a small bowl and crush 2 cups of cornflakes in a medium bowl.
  3. Dredge the chicken tenders: Dredge each seasoned chicken tender in the egg wash, then roll each one in the crushed cornflakes and coat evenly.
