Brie Cheese:
- 4 oz brie cheese (cut into 12 small slices)
Walnuts:

- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Prepare Dates: Split the dates and remove the pit.
- Stuff Dates: Stuff a slice of brie into each date, then gently push chopped walnut pieces into the cheese.
- Cook: Cook in the air fryer in a single layer for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is softened and gooey.
- Drizzle: Remove from the air fryer and lightly drizzle with honey.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with flakey sea salt, chopped sage, and red pepper flakes (if using). Serve immediately.
