Tofu Miso Soup Ingredients:
- 1/4 kilo tofu (slice in equal size)
- 1 stem of spring onion ( chopped)
- 1/2 cup dashi granules
- 100 grams miso
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon mirin
Tofu Miso Soup Cooking Procedures:
1. Combine water & dashi granules in a wok & boil.
2. Combine miso & merin in a bowl & add it to the boiling dashi. Lower the fire.
3. Add the tofu & cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the spring onion on top.
