- 1/2 kilo taro leaves & stalk
- 1/4 kilo pork (small slices)
- 2 tablespoon shrimp fry paste
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 2 inches ginger (sliced thinly)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- hot chili (according to taste)
Laing Cooking Procedures:
1. Saute garlic, onion, ginger & pork.
2. Add the taro leaves & stalks, shrimp paste, coconut milk, chili & salt.
3. Boil in a low fire for 25 minutes.
