Laing Ingredients:

  • filipino-recipe-laing1/2 kilo taro leaves & stalk
  • 1/4 kilo pork (small slices)
  • 2 tablespoon shrimp fry paste
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 2 inches ginger (sliced thinly)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • hot chili (according to taste)

Laing Cooking Procedures:

1. Saute garlic, onion, ginger & pork.

2. Add the taro leaves & stalks, shrimp paste, coconut milk, chili & salt.

3. Boil in a low fire for 25 minutes.
