Daing na Bangus Ingredients:
1/2 kilo milkfish (split slice)- 6 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- cooking oil
Daing na Bangus Cooking Procedures:
1. Mix the garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the milkfish and let it soak overnight.
2. Drain the milkfish.
3. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry the milkfish.
