Daing na Bangus Ingredients:

  • filipino-recipe-daing-na-bangus-marinated-milkfish1/2 kilo milkfish (split slice)
  • 6 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • cooking oil

 

Daing na Bangus Cooking Procedures:

1. Mix the garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the milkfish and let it soak overnight.

2. Drain the milkfish.

3. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry the milkfish.
