Chicken Broth Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo chicken (sliced into serving pieces)
- 1 carrots (sliced in 1 inch)
- celery stalk (sliced in 2 inch)
- 1 onion (minced)
- 1 tomato (small cut)
- 1 bay leaf
- salt, black pepper (according to preferred taste)
Chicken Broth Cooking Procedures:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a kettle. Add 1 liter of water. Boil in a low fire for atleast 30 minutes.
2. Take-out bubbles that come-out using a ladle.
3. Add salt & pepper.
