Chicken Broth Ingredients:

  • italian-recipe-chicken-broth1/2 kilo chicken (sliced into serving pieces)
  • 1 carrots (sliced in 1 inch)
  • celery stalk (sliced in 2 inch)
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 1 tomato (small cut)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt, black pepper (according to preferred taste)

Chicken Broth Cooking Procedures:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a kettle. Add 1 liter of water. Boil in a low fire for atleast 30 minutes.

2. Take-out bubbles that come-out using a ladle.

3. Add salt & pepper.
