- 1 kilo beef bones (with meat)
- 1 liter of water
- 2 corns (1-2 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup leeks (chopped)
- 1 large onion (quartered cut)
- 125 grams cabbage
- 1 native pechay
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (whole)
Bulalo Cooking Procedures:
1. Put the water in the kettle & boil the beef bones with onion, salt, blackpepper & corn. Wait until beef become tender.
2. Remove the dark bubbles.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients & boil for 1-2 minutes.
