Bulalo Ingredients:

  • filipino-recipe-bulalo1 kilo beef bones (with meat)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 corns (1-2 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup leeks (chopped)
  • 1 large onion (quartered cut)
  • 125 grams cabbage
  • 1 native pechay
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (whole)

Bulalo Cooking Procedures:

1. Put the water in the kettle & boil the beef bones with onion, salt, blackpepper & corn. Wait until beef become tender.

2. Remove the dark bubbles.

3. Add all the remaining ingredients & boil for 1-2 minutes.
