Beef Teriyaki Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilo beef meat (serving pieces)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice wine
  • 2 garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (sliced)

Beef Teriyaki Cooking Procedures:

1. Combine the ingredients together and leave it for 2 hours or whole day inside the refrigerator.

2. Put oil in the pan and fry the beef meat.
