Beef Teriyaki Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo beef meat (serving pieces)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 2 garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (sliced)
Beef Teriyaki Cooking Procedures:
1. Combine the ingredients together and leave it for 2 hours or whole day inside the refrigerator.
2. Put oil in the pan and fry the beef meat.
